Hello, friends.
Our stop motion animation forum stopframe.org is being tested now. As always, your feedback and bug finding is significant!
I will tell you a little about the functionality:
1. All restrictions on publication and use of the forum are removed for the testing period. After this period, some rules will be introduced, and their list will be formed.
2. Forum threads are available for creating new threads, as well as for commenting.
3. The Resources section has been created. Necessary categories will be added as needed.
What can be made in the Resource section:
- Software for working with stop motion animation.
- Overview and links to stores with stop motion products and film equipment, stop motion studios, schools and universities, Internet sites related to stop motion animation and related areas, etc..
- Training materials, courses, books, audiobooks
- The function for downloading free materials of the resource is available.
- Available function to set the resource cost and follow the link to purchase on a third-party site.
If you plan to use affiliate links to earn money, contact me in advance. The rules of our community establish restrictions on this.
4. Created the Articles section, where you can publish various articles about your projects and also about novelties and valuable things in the stop-motion animation industry.
At the moment, you can create articles in the regular forums by selecting the tab when creating a Topic. The article system as a separate page is still being tested.
5. Conducted initial work on the design and usability of the forum.
6. Initial work on the creation of the eco-system of our community in social networks.
What's planned?
1. Creating a Swap Shop.
2. Creating a Paid Support system.
3. Finalization of the forum design.
4. Creating the functionality of Interest Groups.
5. Creation of a financial support system for the forum by the participants at their own will.
5. Many technical improvements, fixing bugs, and adding new convenient functions.
6. Working on suggestions from community members.
That's all for now! Join the discussion, suggest, challenge, and be part of our community!
Regards, Magshifter!
